AI automation and consulting for small and medium businesses

Let AI take over the routine in your business — and teach your team to work with it

I find the processes where AI saves the most time, set up the automations and assistants on the tools you already use, and train your team to run them. As a CEO I led the AI transformation of my own companies, and I was deputy director of the AI department at a telecom company with 3,000+ employees.

$50 per hour. The first 30-minute call is free. Remote, or on-site in Kyiv.

Why AI hasn't saved your company time yet

  • People still retype orders, requests and invoices from one system into another
  • Reports are put together by hand every week
  • Customers wait for answers that are already in your documents
  • Everyone tries AI on their own — with company data in personal accounts
  • Nobody owns AI, and a full-time head of AI is too early or too expensive

Experience, by the hour

You get the approach I used in a 3,000-person company and in my own businesses, sized to yours:

  • routine processes automated, starting with the ones that pay off first
  • AI assistants that answer from your own documents
  • a team that uses AI safely in its daily work
  • rules for data and security agreed with your IT

What I do for businesses

AI automation & setup

Requests, orders, documents, reports and follow-ups that run on their own: n8n or Make workflows with Claude or ChatGPT, assistants and knowledge bases on your documents — connected to your CRM, email and spreadsheets. In the cloud or on your own servers.

AI strategy & audit

We map your processes and find where AI saves real time and money first. You get a prioritised plan, not a list of buzzwords.

Team training & workshops

Workshops and hands-on sessions on your team's real tasks, remote or on-site in Kyiv. People leave knowing how to use AI in their own work.

Ongoing AI advisory

A few hours a month as your part-time AI lead: reviewing tools, guiding the team and planning the next processes to automate — without a full-time hire.

Start with a few hours and one process — then scale what works.

Who it's for

For small and medium businesses that want AI in their daily operations, not as a side experiment

  • Owners who want to know where AI pays off before investing
  • Teams buried in routine: orders, requests, documents, reports
  • Companies with sensitive data that need a safe setup
  • Businesses not ready to hire a full-time head of AI

How it works

  1. Free 30-minute call

You tell me about the business and the goal. I tell you what is realistic and how many hours the first step takes.

  2. Pick the first process

We go through your processes and choose the one where automation pays off first.

  3. Setup & training

I set it up on your tools and teach the people who will use it — in sessions or workshops.

  4. Ongoing support

You book hours when you need them — for the next process, a review or new people.

Pricing

One hourly rate for every task — automation, setup, consulting, training and workshops. You decide how many hours, with no long contracts.

(CEO / Deputy Director of AI)

FAQ

Which processes can AI automate?

Most often: incoming requests and emails, moving data between systems (forms, CRM, spreadsheets, accounting), preparing documents and reports, answering customer questions from your own documents, and follow-ups. On the intro call we pick the one that saves the most time in your business.

Which tools do you use?

Claude and ChatGPT and their APIs, n8n or Make for the workflows, and the tools you already use. Where data has to stay inside the company, local models on your own servers. I pick the tools for the task, not the other way round.

Why hourly, not a project price?

You pay only for the time you actually use. Start with a few hours, see the result and decide what is next — no long contract. For a larger piece of work I estimate the hours up front.

What experience do you have?

I was deputy director of the AI department at a telecommunications company with 3,000+ employees, and as a CEO I led the AI transformation of my own companies. Behind that: 20+ years in IT, building products and working with development teams.

Do you run workshops for teams?

Yes — remote or on-site in Kyiv, built around your team's real tasks rather than generic examples. The rate is the same $50 per hour, whatever the size of the group. We agree the format, length and preparation on the intro call.

Our data is sensitive. Can we use AI safely?

Yes. Depending on your needs, that means business plans of AI tools that do not train on your data, or models running on your own servers. I help you choose and set it up, together with your IT.

We have an IT department. Do we still need you?

I work with your IT, not around it. IT keeps control of the systems and security; I bring the AI experience, the plan and the training.

Can you lead AI in our company long-term?

Yes — as a part-time AI advisor, for a few hours each month. You get the experience of someone who has led AI in a large company, at the price of the hours you actually use.

What do I need for the first call?

Nothing special. Come with the processes that take the most time, or the goals you have for AI. It takes 30 minutes and is free.
