AI training for your employees — on their own tasks, not generic examples

I run AI workshops and hands-on sessions for teams: how to use ChatGPT, Claude and other tools in their actual work, how to check the answers, and what company data may go where. Remote or on-site in Kyiv, at the same hourly rate for any size of group.

Signs you need this

  • Some people use AI every day, others have never opened it.
  • Client data ends up in personal ChatGPT accounts.
  • You pay for AI licences, and few people use them.
  • The same task done with AI comes out at very different quality, depending on who did it.
  • New tools appear every month, and nobody has time to sort them out.

What I do

  1. Agree the goal

On the free call we agree who is in the group, which tasks matter most, and what fits: one workshop or a series of sessions.

  2. Collect real tasks

Before the session I ask the team for typical tasks — emails, reports, analysis, customer questions — and build the exercises on them.

  3. Run the workshop

Remote, or on-site in Kyiv. People work on their own tasks in the tools your company uses, instead of watching slides.

  4. Cover the rules for data

What may and may not go into AI tools, based on your company's rules, or on a first version of them if you have none yet.

  5. Follow up

A follow-up session for the questions people bring from real work, and one-on-one hours for anyone who needs more.

What you leave with

  • People who use AI in their own work, not only during the workshop.
  • Prompts and examples taken from your own tasks, ready to reuse.
  • A shared understanding of which data may go into which tool.
  • A clearer view of which AI licences are worth paying for.

Price

$50 per hour — the same rate as everything else I do. The first 30-minute call is free: on it I estimate how many hours your task takes, and you can stop after any hour.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can attend?

Any number — the rate is the same $50 per hour whatever the size of the group. For hands-on work a smaller group gets more attention each, so for a large team we may split it into several sessions.

Which tools do you teach?

The ones your company uses or plans to use — usually ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini — plus simple automations in n8n or Make where they fit the team's work.

Remote or on-site?

Both: remote by video, or on-site in Kyiv.

How long is a workshop?

We agree it on the intro call, depending on the group and the goal.

What do employees need beforehand?

Access to the AI tools the company uses, and a few real tasks from their work.

Do people need technical skills?

No. The sessions are about using AI in everyday work, explained in plain words.
