AI implementation for your business: from the first process to a team that uses it
I implement AI in your company step by step: we pick the processes where it pays off, I set up the tools around how you already work, and your team learns to use them. You pay by the hour, and the first call is free.
Signs you need this
- People already use ChatGPT or Claude, but each in their own way — and with company data in personal accounts.
- You pay for AI subscriptions, and nobody can say what has changed.
- The same questions, documents and reports are handled by hand every week.
- A pilot worked once, but never became part of the daily work.
- IT is busy with other things, and nobody owns AI.
What I do
Pick the first process
We go through how the work really flows and choose one or two processes where AI saves real time and the risk is low.
Choose the tools
Business plans of Claude or ChatGPT, their APIs, n8n or Make for automations, or local models when the data has to stay on your servers. I recommend what fits the task and the budget, and you buy it in your company's name.
Set it up on your data
I connect the tools to your documents, mailboxes or spreadsheets and build the assistant or automation together with the person who will own it.
Agree the rules with IT
Which data may go where, who has access, which accounts are used. Your IT keeps control of the systems.
Teach the people who use it
Short sessions on their own tasks, so the setup is still in use after I step back.
Review, then take the next process
We check what changed, fix what does not work, and decide what to do next.
What you leave with
- AI working in a real process, not in a demo.
- Accounts and subscriptions in your company's name.
- Clear rules on which company data may go into which tool.
- People who know how to use it, and someone who owns it.
- A short list of what to automate next, in order of payoff.

AI consultant · 20+ years in IT · Kyiv
I was deputy director of the AI department at a telecommunications company with 3,000+ employees, where AI had to work across many teams, with strict rules for data.
As a CEO, I led the AI transformation of my own companies — I made the decisions and set up much of it by hand.
An example
Price
$50 per hour — the same rate as everything else I do. The first 30-minute call is free: on it I estimate how many hours your task takes, and you can stop after any hour.
Frequently asked questions
How long does AI implementation take?
It depends on the process and on how ready your data is. I estimate it in hours on the free call, and we start with one process, so you see the result before you commit to more.
Is our company too small for this?
No. In a small company one well-chosen process already changes a large part of the daily routine, and you pay only for the hours it takes.
Do we need to hire developers?
Usually not. Most setups use ready tools — business plans of Claude or ChatGPT, n8n or Make — which I configure. If a task really needs custom development, I tell you so on the call.
Is our data safe?
We choose the setup by how sensitive the data is: business plans that do not train on your data, or models on your own servers. The rules are agreed with your IT before anything is connected.
Will you work with our IT department?
Yes. IT keeps control of the systems, access and security; I bring the AI experience, the setup and the training.
What does it cost?
$50 per hour. The tools themselves are paid separately, in your company's name, and I tell you what they cost before we set anything up.
