n8n and Make automation: workflows set up with you, and handed over properly

n8n and Make connect the tools you already use and let work flow between them, with AI steps wherever something has to be read or written. They are easy to start and just as easy to tangle. I set up the workflows with you, in your accounts, document them, and teach the person who will own them.

What I set up

  • Workflows for incoming requests, documents and reports.
  • Syncing between your CRM, spreadsheets, accounting and email.
  • Notifications to the right people in your messengers.
  • AI steps through the Claude or OpenAI API: reading, sorting, extracting data, drafting replies.
  • Alerts when a workflow fails, and a log of every run.

Handed over properly

The usual way these tools go wrong is not technical. Workflows get built in someone's personal account, nobody knows what they do, and the first sign of a failure is an angry customer. I build in your company's account, name and document every workflow, set alerts for failures, and teach the person who owns the process to read and adjust it.

What I do

  1. Choose the tool

n8n or Make, cloud or your own server — by your data, your budget and who will look after it.

  2. Build the first workflow

On the process that saves the most time, connected to your real accounts.

  3. Test it on real data

Including the awkward cases: missing fields, odd formats, duplicates.

  4. Document it and set alerts

What it does, where it runs, and who hears about it when it fails.

  5. Teach the owner

How to read a run, fix a step and add the next one.

As a CEO, I set up the automations in my own companies by hand, and I know where they break.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need our own server for n8n?

No. n8n also runs in its own cloud. Hosting it yourself keeps the data with you, but someone has to keep the server updated; I help you weigh that and set up either option.

What about Zapier?

For simple links between two apps it works well, and if that is all you need, I will say so. For workflows with many steps and AI in them, n8n or Make usually fit better.

Can you fix the workflows we already have?

Yes. I review what exists, document it, fix what fails and tell you what is worth rebuilding.

Who pays for n8n or Make?

You do, directly, in your company's name, so the accounts stay yours. I tell you what to expect before we start.

How much does your work cost?

$50 per hour, and the first 30-minute call is free.
