My work is about one question: how to make AI pay off in real daily work, not in a demo. I answer it the same way for one person and for a whole company — start with the work that takes the most time, choose tools that fit it, and make sure people can use them on their own.

AI in a large company, and in my own

I was deputy director of the AI department at a telecommunications company with more than 3,000 employees. That is where I saw what AI takes at scale: tools people actually use, clear rules for company data, and training that changes how people work.

As a CEO, I led the AI transformation of my own companies. I decided what to automate and which tools to pay for, and set many of them up by hand. So I have been on both sides: the one responsible for making AI pay off, and the one doing the setup.
