Setup and training
If you want, I also carry out the plan and train your team. Same person, same rate.

A few hours a month as your part-time AI lead: reviews, decisions about new tools, the next steps.

Can I book just one hour?
Yes. There is no minimum and no retainer. Many questions are answered in a single session.
How is this different from an AI agency?
An agency usually sells a project with a fixed scope. I sell hours of my own time: you can use them for a decision, a plan, a setup or training, and stop whenever you want.
Do you work with companies outside Ukraine?
Yes, remotely by video. In person, I work in Kyiv.
